Bail granted to Coke GM

Palakkad, June 17 (UNI) The Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thrissur, today granted bail to Coca Cola Plachimada unit General Manager N Janardhanan on a criminal petition.

The petition was filed by one Gokul Prasad, alleging the company was polluting water sources in the area.

The court directed the company vice-chairman and its senior vice-president to appear before it on August 26.
