Police interrogats at least four persons in Bhatt case
Mumbai, June 16 (UNI) Detection Crime Branch (DCB) of Mumbai police interrogated at least four persons in connection with June 14 firing at the Juhu office of bollywood filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt.
Talking to UNI, a senior police officer said at least four persons were interrogated yesterday and inquiry is on. Police are hopeful to nab the culprit soon.
However, the officer said that no arrest has been made yet and further interrogation is on.
On Wednesday last, an associate of Ravi Poojari had fired two rounds at Juhu office of Mr Bhatt at 1140 hours. Later, Poojari took the responsibility of the firing and said the firing was done by his gang members.
Meanwhile, the Indian Motion Picture Producer Association yesterday supported Mr Bhatt saying that the entire film industry is behind him.
