9 Apollo officials questioned in Rahul Mahajan case

New Delhi, June 16: Interrogation of the 'Apollo' personnel continued for the second day with three staffers being questioned by the police today in connection with the alleged fudging of documents pertaining to admission of Rahul Mahajan and Bibek Moitra to the hospital early this month in connection with the drug abuse case.

A senior police official said ten staffers of the hospital had been called and depending on the ''investigation needs'' more could be summoned.

Declining to divulge details of the interrogation, the officer said it would be improper to tell anything at this stage.

Yesterday, six 'Apollo' personnel had been questioned by the police at the Chanakyapuri police station in New Delhi which included three junior doctors, one technician and two security personnel of the Apollo Hospital.

Nearly 50-odd doctors, nurses, paramedicos, staffers and security personnel have been summoned by the police under Section 160 Cr PC in connection with the investigations.
