Mental patient commits suicide

Thrissur, Jun 1(UNI) A mentally-depressed person allegedly committed suicide by jumping into a metallic water tank while boiling water at the Divine Retreat Centre at Muringur near Chalakudy in the district last night.

The deceased was identified as Kannan(36) from Thiruvallam in Thiruvananthapuram.
