Kolkata sweats as mercury soars

Kolkata, June 16 (UNI) The weather continued to remain uncomfortable today with the city recordin slight rainfall with thundershowers in some parts last night.

The maximum temperature was around 35.4 degree Celsius, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 24.4 degree Celsius.

The maximum relative humidity was around 95 per cent and the minimum humidity was around 61 per cent.

There was no trace of rainfall today.
