Kolkata sweats as mercury level shoots up

Kolkata, Jun 16 (UNI) Weather continued remaining uncomfortable even as the city recorded slight rainfall with thundershowers in some parts last night.

The maximum temperature was around 35.4 degree Celsius, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 24.4 degree Celsius.

The maximum relative humidity was around 95 per cent and the minimum humidity was around 61 per cent.

There is no trace of rainfall till now.
