The five UN Security Council permanent members including Russia and China plus Germany offered Iran a batch of sweet eners on June 6 to stop purifying uranium, which Iran says is on ly meant to allow it to generate electricity.
China and Russia have pressed for dialogue rather than the threat of sanctions when it comes to dealing with fears over Iran's nuclear programme.
