Hrishikesh Mukherjee's condition better

Mumbai, June 16 (UNI) The condition of noted filmmaker Hrishikesh Mukherjee, undergoing treatment for kidney ailment at Lilavati Hospital for the last one week, is better.

Speaking to UNI, his son-in-law Pradeep Bhattacharya said though he is still in the ICU and on dialysis, his condition is better.

Hrishikesh Mukherjee was detected on renal failure last year and undergoing dialysis since then.

A week ago, he had to be hospitalised due to respiratory complications after dialysis.
