Haier joins WC bandwagon; offers two grand exchange offers

Mumbai, June 16 (UNI) Haier, an home appliances brand today announced two grand exchange offers keeping in mind the popularity of the 2006 World Cup is generating.

The company in a release said that they were offering the grand exchange offers on their high-end flat TVs to enable customers to experience all the thrill and action on a larger screen.

Haier is also offering a special World Cup to World Cup extended warranty of four years on its vast range of televisions, the company today said in a release.

The customers in the grand exhange offer could exchange their 21 inch television set with a 29 inch Haier Flat TV for just Rs 13,990, thus saving Rs 2,500. The customers could also avail of the TV bhi movie bhi combo which would also offer to exchange their 21 inch television set with a 21 inch flat TV and a DVD player for just Rs 8,900, the release added.

President and CEO, Haier Appliances (India Pvt Ltd) T K Banerjee speaking about the offers in the release said the FIFA World Cup is considered the world's most popular sports event drawing an enormous number of TV viewers across the world. As such, we at Haier feel that this is the right time to reach closer to our customers, by offering them the best possible prices and benefits, he further added in the release.
