Guwahati-Silchar road to be opened by tomorrow noon

Guwahati, Jun 16 (UNI) The Guwahati-Silchar road, blocked due to landslide and damage of a bridge, will be opened by noon tomorrow.

A press release here informed that Asom Transport Minister Chandan Brahma has directed BRTF officials to ensure that traffic was resumed in the route by tomorrow.

The road had been blocked following landslide and damage of a Brailey bridge in Sonapur area of the route after heavy rainfall during the past few days.
