Eicon announces partnership with Go..IP

New Delhi, June 16 (UNI) Eicon Networks Inc, Cannada-based manufacturer of communication products for network business applications today announced its partnership with the Go..IP Solutions Ltd, here to launch its new Diva Server telephony cards in India.

The Diva Server range of software and intelligent server cards provides high quality digital (ISDN) analog and IP based connections for advanced software applications, Eicon GM (South Asia/ANZ) Chew Weng Hock told reporters here.

''With this server 480 lines can be connected directly to excess an information simultaniously.'' Observing India as major software hub with lot of skilled people, the Eicon GM said th company wanted to tie up with the software developers to increase the reach of its products.

The new Diva Server V-Series telephony cards are based on the tried and tested Diva Server platform, but are dedicated to the voice, speech processing and conferencing markets, he said.

Having its presence in the country for the last 15 years, Eicon has over 4,000 stock brokers in National Stocks Exchange as its customers and had tied up with many Indian companies, Mr Chew informed.

Eicon is also planing to establish its office in India, he said.

Go..IP's Managing Director Anil Mittal said its collaboration with Eicon will go long way in providing end-to-end solutions to the Indian customers in the areas of total networking and software systems their business.

Formerly known as KG Networks Pvt Ltd, Go..IP had reported 45 crore turnover during FY2006, Mr Mittal said, adding, ''Now Rs 120 crore is our target for next FY.'' UNI VJ MSJ ND1720
