BJP levels corruption charges against former deputy CM
Ranchi, June 16 (UNI) BJP state president Yadunath Pandey today alleged that former deputy Chief Minister Stephen Marandi and now a close aide of former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi, was involved in corruption.
Talking to newspersons here, Mr Pandey said Mr Stephen Marandi had appointed several teachers and non-teaching staff in Dumka college in illegal manner for ''monetary gains'' while he was secretary of the college. '' I demand a detailed inquiry in this matter.'' Mr Pandey said, '' this man is running a campaign against our government and is himself involved in corruption.'' He claimed that despite the ongoing joint campaign of Mr Babulal Marandi and Mr Stephen Marandi, there was no threat to the government.
He said, '' the party is united. There was no dissidence and no chance of-mid term poll. The Munda government would complete its full term.'' UNI RAJ KK KD RK1915
