Park doctor Anil Sharma said the tiger had taken its normal meal yesterday. He was sent back to its scheduled place last evening. Its carcass was found today morning.

Dr Sharma said the death of the tiger, who was 13 years and nine month old, appeared to be natural. However, samples of its body had been sent for examination and the report was expected within a month.
