Roadside bombs kill five Iraqi troops in the north

TAL AFAR, Iraq, June 15 (Reuters) Three roadside bombs targeting Iraqi army patrols killed five soldiers and injured six others in the northern town of Tal Afar today, police said.

Insurgents launch frequent attacks against the U.S.-trained Iraq security forces.
