SINGAPORE, June 15 (Reuters) iShares MSCI India , which tracks the MSCI India Index <.msciin>, started trading at $3.72 on their Singapore market debut on Thursday.
iShares, a type of Exchange Traded Funds, are index funds that trade like stocks.
iShares MSCI India is managed by Barclays Global Investors, part of Barclays Plc. .
Barclays Global Investors said earlier this month that it had pulled in about $45 billion of new money to its iShares ETFs in 2006 -- as much it attracted in the whole of 2005.
