HP to promote products in educational institutes

New Delhi, June 15 (UNI) Hewlett-Packard (HP) India today rolled out 'Campus on the Move' initiative to promote its product and solution portfolio among the country's leading educational institutes.

As a part of the initiative, HP will simultaneously organise a series of road shows in cities including New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Salem and Trichy.

''We at HP recognise the gap between what the industry wants and what universities teach. Through this initiative, we hope to reach out to the leading campuses across the country to help them enhance their curriculums and make them relevant to the industry's requirements,'' Hewlett Packard India Country Manager (Business Notebooks) P Raghuraman said.

Under this initiative, HP will provide single window solution to educational institutes for implementing IT infrastructure like notebooks, desktops and workstations, easy leasing option and customised after sales support.
