BMI inks pact with Kale Consutants

Mumbai June 15 (UNI) British Midland Airways Ltd (BMI) of United Kingdom signed a contract for revenue accounting processing services with Kale Consultants Ltd (Kale).

Kale provides software solutions and outsourced services to the travel and transportation industry. Whereas BMI is mainly operational from London Heathrow, comprising three business divisions to Europe, US and Asia.

Addressing reporters here, Nigel Turner, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BMI said, ''Our business objective was to significantly reduce operational costs and improve the revenue accounting process. We needed to use an industry standard solution and outsource the work to a service provider with the requisite processes to ensure business continuity and low risk.''
