Shahabuddin to face trial from tomorrow

Siwan, Jun 14 (UNI) Trial of the six cases involving incarcerated RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin will begin from tomorrow in the special court created on the premises of Siwan jail.

According to the official sources, Judicial Magistrate B B Gupta would hear the cases on day to day basis.

Charges were framed under different sections of Indian Penal Code, including arms act and theft of electricity.

District and sessions judge of Siwan Gopal Prasad issued the instructions in this connection today.
