Pravin's judicial custody extended till June 28
Mumbai, Jun 14: A local court here extended the judicial custody of Pravin Mahajan, accused of killing his elder brother and BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, till June 28.
Pravin was produced before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate P L Waghmare under heavy police protection.
While extending the judicial custody, the court agreed with the police submission that since investigations were on, they needed extension in the judicial remand.
Meanwhile, as the court asked Pravin about his health condition, he said that he was a chronic diabetic patient and was also having a blood pressure problem, but however, denied that he was having any mental problem.
