Ma Foi launches Retail Job Shoppes

Chennai, June 14 (UNI) Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited, India's largest HR service provider, today launched 'Retail Job Shoppes', which is expected to revolutionise job search process in the country.

Talking to reporters after the launch, Ma Foi Managing Director and CEO K Pandia Rajan told The new initiative would exponentially increase market penetration of professional staffing services and lessen the gap between the employers and the employment seeker.

He said the objective of the Retail outlet was to make the job opportunity accessible to candidates at convenient locations and provide opportunities available in their immediate locality.

''Accessibility to a variety of database and providing the right job in the right locality will facilitate in making the business productive'', he added.

There was enormous untapped potential in the metro markets like Mumbai and Delhi where the accessibility to the recruitment consultant and the job provider plays a major role in attracting the right talent, he said.

In this context, Mr Pandia Rajan announced setting up of Ma Foi Job centres in strategic locations across cities providing a strong professional approach, effective and efficient service at competitive and economical pricing.

''We are aming to establish 25 to 30 Job Centres by the end of December this year. These job centres will be in large population and distance based cities like Mumbai and Delhi'', he added.

He said the company had so far placed 93,242 people in 31 countries and hopes to cross the one lakh placement mark before its 14th anniversary on August 15.

Stating that the company had posted a revenue of Rs 2180 million for the year ending December 2005 as against Rs 1220 million in December, Mr Pandia Rajan said ''We are expecting a revenue target of Rs 3300 crore this year''.
