Cong-TRS talks on seat-sharing remain inconclusive

Hyderabad, Jun 14 (UNI) The ongoing seat-sharing talks between the ruling Congress in Andhra Pradesh and the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) for the panchayat elections in the state continued to remain inconclusive.

Talking to newspersons after attending a meeting at the Chief Minister's camp office, Senior TRS Leader and Union Minister A Narendra said the parleys were progressing smoothly and seat-sharing finalised by tomorrow evening.

He said both the parties were determined to fight the elections together in order to defeat the TDP.

Parrying the questions on the number of seats sought by the TRS and offered by the Congress, he said ''we will let you know all the details tomorrow.'' UNI SM AJ MSJ BD2123
