Bellary, June 14 (UNI) The JD (S)-BJP coalition government in Karnataka will complete its full term in office as no party is ready to go in for elections in the state at this stage, former Minister and senior JD (S) leader Mirajuddin Patel, MLA, said today.

Talking to reporters here, he said ''Nobody can give guarantee for the survival of governments, especially when coalition governments are in power. However, the present government in the state will survive and complete its term as no party in the State is ready to go in for elections at this stage,'' he added.

Mr Patel was in Bellary district to campaign for party candidate Prof Sangamesh contesting from the North East Graduates constituency in the elections to the Karnataka Legislative Council.

Referring to KPCC President Mallikarjuna Kharge and former Chief Minister N Dharam Singh's allegation that Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy owned huge tracts of land in benami names in the state, he said ''Let a Commission be set up to find out the names of leaders involved in land scam...Let the truth come out.'' To a question, he said ''Earlier some senior leaders opted to stay away from the cabinet, but now the situation has changed and the party felt that the names of these leaders need to be considered while expanding the cabinet.''
