Varman Aviation to open engine overhauling facility in July

Bangalore, June 13 (UNI) Varman Aviation will throw open its new facility on the outskirts of the city from next month for overhauling Pratt and Whitney PT6A series engines.

The company, which had completed its Turbo Prop Project last year, had set up the new facility to accomodate workshop, offices and stores, besides a separate test cell building, according to a release here today.

The facility, set up at Whitefield, would have sophisticated engine test beds for both Turbo Props and Pratt and Whitney engines.
