Network Programs signs MoU with StreamUnlimited
New Delhi, June 13 (UNI) Network Programs (India) Ltd today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with StreamUnlimited, an Austria-based developer of audio and video technology and applications.
''This MoU provides important synergies to both the companies and positions us to develop leading edge innovations in a cost-effective manner'', said Network programs CEO Vipin Tyagi.
There is a natural overlap between our capabilities and we look forward to create advanced applications for our customers, he added.
The bilateral deal outlines the working relationship to share resources, technology and delivery expertise between the two companies and is particularly significant for Network Programs as it provides a channel partnership in Europe.
While StreamUnlimited expands its markets in India, Japan and United States.
''We are exited by the prospects of working with Network Programs- with their strong tencnology background and offshore delivery team'', said StreamUnlimited CEO Frits Wittgrefe.
Network Programs, a wholly-owned subsidiary of 650 million dollar Jubilant Group, is a software development outsourcer and provider of solutions for advanced technologies and contact centres.
