Major reshuffle of IFS officials in Karnataka

Bangalore, June 13 (UNI) In a major reshuffle, the Karnataka government today transferred more than 40 Indian Forest Services officials in the state.

According to an official communication issued here tonight, prominent among them were: Mr Shivanna, Chief Conservator of Forests and Member Secretary, Karnataka Bio diversity Board, Bangalore is placed at the disposal of Education Department for posting as Registrar of Kuvempu University.

Mr M Jayaram Chief Conservator of Forests and ED, Karnataka Forest Development Corporation as CCF, Research and Utilisation, Bangalore. Mr K Sundar Naik Registrar, Mangalore University as CCF and MD of Karnataka Cashew Development Corporation, Mangalore.

Mr Praveen Chandra, Registrar, Kuvempu University as ED, Mysore Minerals Ltd, Bangalore. Mr N D Tiwari, Registrar, Mysore University, as Member Secretary, Member secretary, Karnataka Vio-diversity Board, Bangalore.

Mr M R Karki, CCF and MD, Karnataka Cashew Delp Corpn, Mangalore as Registrar, Mangalore University. K S Sugara, CCF, Mangalore Circle as CCF, Lake Development Authority, Bangalore.

Dr C D Dyavaiah, Resistrar Tumkur University as CCF (Forest Convservation), Bangalore. S Shivaprakash, Registrar Karnataka University as CF and GM, KSFIC, Bangalore. Kolla Sri Saibaba, CF (FC), Bangalore as CF, Chikmagalur circle. Dr U V Singh, CF and Director (Project and Programme), KSPB as CF, Bangalore circle.
