Hrishikesh Mukherjee continues to be on life support

Mumbai, June 13 (UNI) The condition of noted filmmaker Hrishikesh Mukherjee, undergoing treatment for kidney ailment at Lilavati Hospital for the last one week is stable but critical.

A hospital spokesman said Mukherjee is still on ventilator and in the ICU. He was detected with renal failure last year and was undergoing dialysis since then.

Last week, he had to be hospitalised due to respiratory complications after dialysis.
