HC grants 30 days' temporary bail to Jaju
Indore, June 13 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh High Court's Indore bench today granted 30 days' conditional anticipatory bail to actress Priyanka Chopra's former private secretary Prakash Jaju.
Judge G K Maheshwari's bench granted bail to Jaju on furnishing a personal bond of Rs 20,000. He had been directed to appear in the case within 30 days and get bail. Advocates Jai Singh and Vivek Singh were present for Jaju's bail.
Mumbai Police have registered an FIR on the basis of a complaint made by Ashok Chopra, father of the actress, alleging that he and his daughter had received threats from Jaju.
Later, a Mumbai court issued an arrest warrant against Jaju.
On the other hand, Jaju had lodged a complaint in MHOW against underworld don Chhota Shakeel and Priyanka's father alleging that he had received threatening calls from them.
