Communication systems at police stations to be modernised: ADGP

Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, Jun 13 (UNI) Communication systems in all police stations in the state will be modernised, Additional DGP S K Jayachandra has said.

After inaugurating the 'Poll-net' communication centre at District Police Office (DPO) here yesterday, Mr Jayachandra said in view of upgradation of communication systems, all police stations will be networked soon.

In his address, District Superintendent of Police V V Gopalakrishna spoke on the vital role of communication system in prevention of crime and nabbing culprits.
