No let up in heat wave in Rajasthan
Jaipur, Jun 12 (UNI) The heat wave seems to have seized Rajasthan once again with temperatures hovering between 41 to 45 degrees Celsius in most places.
The weather officials have predicted a further increase in temperature over the next few days. Although dust and thunderstorms are forecast in some parts of north Rajasthan, there will be no let up in the heat in the next few weeks, the weatherman added.
The minimum temperatures have also recorded an increase with Churu recording 33 degrees Celsius in the morning today. Ganganagar and Bharatpur recorded a minimum of 32 degrees Celsius.
Ganganagar recorded 45 degrees Celsius yesterday while Churu and Sikar were blazing at 44 degrees. The rains seem to have receded from the state with no reports of showers from any where today.
Weathermen predict a dry spell for most parts in southern Rajasthan for the next 24 hours.
