Multiplex booking clerk shot at for denying ticket

Surat, June 12 (UNI) A booking clerk at Valentine Multiplex here was shot at for denying tickets to two youth.

According to the police, two youth approached the booking clerk Ketan Sahu (30) on Saturday night to buy tickets for the late night show of the movie 'Phir Hera Pheri'. However, when they were told that the show was houseful and that they could not get tickets, one youth took out his country made revolver and fired at the clerk.

The clerk was taken to Mahavir Hospital with shoulder injuries.

One of the accused has been arrested and a case registered against him by Umara police.
