Kidnapped boy murdered

Raisen (MP), June 12 (UNI) A four-year-old boy was allegedly murdered by a youth practising witchcraft, police said today.

The body of Nadeem, who was allegedly kidnapped by the brother of a police personnel on Saturday, was found in the rivulet near Gairatganj in Raisen district yesterday, police said.

Police suspect that Nadeem might have been murdered as Pappu alias Vijay practised witchcraft. Material used in witchcraft were also recovered from the spot. The body was recovered on the clue provided by Pappu, who was being interrogated.

The bodies of two new-born babies were also recovered from the same spot during the past three days, police added.
