DSGMC-run Institute increases Engineering seats
New Delhi, June 12 (UNI) The Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology, an institute under the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, has increased its seats from 180 to 420.
According to Chairman of the institute Harmohinder Singh, the strength of the existing three courses: Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology and Electronics and Communication Engineering has been doubled to 120 each while a new course Electrical and Electronics Engineering has been introduced with an intake of 60.
50 per cent of the total seats in the institute are reserved for Sikh minority candidates.
