About 15 grams of cocaine and 20 ecstasy tablets were also seized last night from Kayush Ibrahim from Tilak Nagar, the sources added.

The arrest of Kayush alias Tony comes in the wake of arrest of several Nigerian nationals in the last few days for possession of drugs.

The Delhi Police, late on June 4, arrested and recovered narcotics from three Nigerian nationals David, Tobu and Abdullah from the Munirka area of South-west Delhi following the interrogation of Sahil Zaroo, who had allegedly procured heroin for the late BJP leader Pramod Mahajan's son Rahul Mahajan and his aide Bibek Moitra.

In the past few months, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has been cracking down on Nigerians and other foreigners, who use the capital as a transit for drug trafficking.
