Brinda Karat to take part in 'Satyagrah'

Bhopal, June 11 (UNI) CPI(M) Rajya Sabha member and Politburo member Brinda would take part in the 'Satyagrah' on various issues including granting land lease to farmers here tomorrow.

According to release by the Adivasi Ekta Mahasabha, Ms Karat would address a public meeting at the local Neelam park before participating in the 'Satyagrah' outside the CM's residence.

The other demands in the 'Satyagrah' included passing the Adivasi Van Adhikar Vidheyak, including tribal-dominated areas in the sixth schedule of the Constitution and implementing the Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme in the whole state.
