AP DGP hails Orissa's ban on CPI (M)

Visakhapatnam, Jun 11: Andhra Pradesh Director General of Police Swaranjit Sen today welcomed the Orissa Government's ban on CPI (Maoist).

Speaking to the media here, Mr Sen recalled the Andhra Pradesh Government had already banned the organisation in the state.

On local body elections, the DGP said every step would be taken to ensure free and fair polling.
