5 killed in accident

Jagdalpur, June 11 (UNI) Five people died and 10 were injured, including two seriously, when their jeep crashed into a tree after colliding with a truck at Remagd village in Chhattisgarh's Kanker district, police said today.

The victims were returning after attending a marriage party at Koyali Heda when the accident occurred last night. Four members of a family died on the spot, while one died on way to hospital.

The injured were admitted to Antgarh hospital.
