Workshop on fire safety

Hyderabad, Jun 10 (UNI) The Disaster Management Infrastructure and Control Society (DMICS) in association with the Department of Civil Engineering, Osmania University would organise a workshop on 'Fire and Life Safety' here on August 5.

According to University sources, it would be an awareness programme on protecting of life and property from fire related accidents. It would focus on prevention of fire, fire safety drills and evacuation, sources added.

DMICS president S Ananda Babu said the suggestions and the resolutions would be submitted to the Government for consideration.
