Shajapur, MP, June 10 (UNI) The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has lauded the governments in Rajasthan and other states for enacting anti-conversion laws.

''The anti-conversion legislation will check increasing conversions in many states. Religious conversion through inducement was inhuman and unscientific,'' RSS Sah Sarkaryawahak Madandas Devi said.

Addressing a meeting organised by the second RSS Chief M S Golwalkar birth centenary celebration committee here yesterday, Mr Devi said on the pretext of globalisation under the banner of World Trade Organisation (WTO), few developed countries were trying to impose their monopoly on world trade through open market. Their approach was inhuman and impractical, he said.

Mr Devi said the developed countries were using the developing countries as a dumping ground for disposing its chemical and industrial waste. WTO was globalising capital at the cost of the developing countries which had no say in its own trade and commerce, he pointed out.

While capitalism promoted materialistic and selfish tendencies, communism could not withstand for more than 70 years, he added.
