Lebanon says Islamic Jihad killing suspect arrested

BEIRUT, June 10 (Reuters) Lebanese forces arrested a man ''with links to Israel'' on suspicion of being involved in last month's car bombing that killed two Islamic Jihad officials, a security source said today.

''The person arrested is highly involved with the assassination,'' the security official told Reuters. ''He has links to Israel, 100 per cent.'' An Israeli government source had said the country had nothing to do with the killing of Mahmoud Majzoub, known as Abu Hamze, and his brother Nidal in the southern city of Sidon.
