IED blast on Kashmir highway
Srinagar, June 10 (UNI) Militants today triggered a powerful Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast in south Kashmir on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway.
The blast took place seconds after the last vehicle of a convoy passed the area.
No one was injured in the incident, official sources said.
The powerful IED was planted on the roadside at Sampthan near Bijbehara in Anantnag district, the sources added.
