BSP MP given Y-category security

Siddharthnagar, June 10 (UNI) The Centre has provided Y-category security to BSP Lok Sabha member from Khalilabad in Uttar Pradesh Bhal Chandra Yadav.

The central security agencies had come to know about the threat to Mr Yadav following electronic surveillance, official sources said here today.

A conspiracy to eliminate the MP by hiring contract killers was exposed, the sources added.

Meanwhile, the security apparatus at his New Delhi official residence and his native place at village Bhagta in Sant Kabirnagar district is being beefed up.
