AIA Engineering Ltd declares 25 % for FY 06

Mumbai, June 10 (UNI) The Ahmedabad based AIA Engineering Ltd (AIAE) Internationally acclaimed manufacturer of high Chrome and corrosion resistant critical wear parts for cement, mining and power plants has recommended a dividend of 25 per cent for the year ended March 31,2006.

The Net profit recorded jump of 97 per cent at Rs 52.36 crore for the year ended March 31,2006.

According to figures released by the company, the consolidated earnings from net sales at Rs 406.96 crore was a sharp 38.57 growth over the earning of Rs 293.67 crore for the year ended March 2005.

The independent financial for the company has been equally impressive relfecting a robust performance. The net sales income at Rs 301.75 crore was higher by 35.6 per cent than the earning of Rs 222.49 crores for the year ended March 31,2005.

The AIAE group operates four manufacturing plants in India and has full fledged marketing subsidiaries in UK USA and Middle East, sthe release added.
