Weatherman forecast rain or thundershower in West Bengal

Kolkata, Jun 09 (UNI) Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places of Gangetic West Bengal due to a feeble depression and early arrival of monsoon, Met office said today.

Sources said the sky was generally cloudy during the day.

However, humidity was high.

Met office said the maximum temperature was 33 degree Celsius, almost two degrees below the normal.

The minimum temperature was 25.4 degree Celsius, one degree below the normal.

Rainfall till 16.30 hrs was 30 mm.

Met office forecast moderate rainfall or thunder showers with generally cloudy sky.

The maximum relative humidity was 94 per cent and the minimum was 52 per cent.
