Parsavnath to develop Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh Tech Park

New Delhi, Jun 9 (UNI) Parsvnath Developers Ltd, Delhi-based real esatate developers, today announced that it has bagged development rights from Chandigarh House Board for integrated residential-cum- commercial facilities at 129 acre Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh Technology Park here.

The project proposes to utilise 35-40 per cent of total land area for residential facilities, nearly 3.55 per cent for development of commercial facilities and the balance for social infrastructure and recreation and green areas, a company statement said.

''It is a unique public-private participation deal for developing an integrated residential-cum-commercial project. This project will also become a prime example of an eco-friendly project with nearly 20 per cent of the 129 acre project being reserved for recreational greens and nearly 10 acres for development of water bodies,'' Parsvnath Developers Ltd Chairman Pradeep Jain said.
