Bahrain telecom provider announces roaming services in India

Dubai, June 9 (UNI) Following its tie up with Bharti Kolkata on a bilateral basis, Bahrain-based telecom provider Batelco has announced to offer roaming facilities to its customers in India.

Batelco customers, who have GPRS/MMS enabled handsets, would now be able to use the network in many parts of the country including Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Himanchal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Kolkata.

The service provider also introduced services such as video streaming and Internet browsing for its post-paid users.
