UP govt warns against LTTE activities

Lucknow, June 8 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government today said since the centre has proclaimed the LTTE as an illegal organisation, penal action would be taken if reports of any activity related with the outfit was received from any part of the state.

State home department secretary Mohan Swaroop said here this evening that the centre had already issued a notification regarding LTTE.
