Rs 3.30 lakhs looted from bank

Darbhanga, June 8 (UNI) Unidentified criminals looted Rs 3.30 lakh from Markanda branch of Mithila Regional Rural Bank (MRRB) under Manigachhi police station in the district today.

Planning and Development officers of MRRB Jagdish Thakur said the criminals looted the money at gun point. They also snatched the mobile phone of the bank manager.

Meanwhile, police said raids were on to nab the criminals and recover the looted amount.
