Met office predicts rain and thundershowers

Kolkata, Jun 8 (UNI) With early onset of monsoon, the temperature during the day was markedly below normal in West Bengal.

Met office said here today the maximum temperature was 33.5 degree Celsius, two degrees below the normal.

The minimum temperature was 26.4 degree Celsius, one degree below the normal.

Met office forecast very little rainfall with generally cloudy sky with thunder shower.

The maximum relative humidity was 90 per cent and the minimum was 55 per cent.
