Helios subsidiary gets 1.1 mn USD for claim

Chennai, Jun 8 (UNI) TACT Inc, the US subsidiary of Helios and Matheson Information Technology Limited, has received 1.1 million US dollar in terms of a claim for compensation during this quarter.

Consequently earnings and cash and cash equivalents for the quarter were expected to increase by 1.1 million USD, a press release her today said.

Helios and Matheson Information Technology Limited, which recently acquired 43 per cent controlling stake in TACT Inc, had projected its guidance for FY07, an income in the range of Rs 394.16 crore and Rs 394.72 crore.

The net profit after tax was projected to be in the range of Rs 55.57 crore and Rs 55.65 crore, it added.
