FIFA's Blatter to stand for re-election
MUNICH, June 8 (Reuters) FIFA president Sepp Blatter confirmed today that he will stand for re-election again next year.
The 70-year-old Swiss was first elected as president of world soccer's governing body in June, 1998.
He was re-elected on the eve of the 2002 World Cup finals after a notably acrimonious campaign.
The elections will be held in Zurich next May.
